Pokemon Topps Cards Topps, the New York card maker, produced Pokémon trading cards from 1999 to 2004 — picture cards built from Pokémon the Series and the first two films, separate from the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Twelve sets are catalogued here: ten trading-card sets plus two promotional Chrome sets.
