The Rows

This 24-sticker run is not the 12-card Orange Islands set, even though both begin at #01. Orange Islands cards print their own banner, and this run prints its logo across two parts.

Part 1 holds #01 to #12 and Part 2 holds #13 to #24, the split the two complete lots this page was read from carry. Two further sellers list the parts the same way.

The year is disputed, and neither reading is stated here as the answer. Graders read the run one way and the seller lots another, and no pack, board or wrapper with a date in frame has been photographed.

Eight rows print a romaji plate naming a species, eight print the product banner and eight print no plate.

Collectors also list this run as Stitch Touch, the name printed on the stickers in Japanese. Both names point at the same 24 stickers.

Every row was read from one of two single-frame lot photographs, each holding a complete part. The wells wait for a contributor photograph of that sticker.

Checklist research notes
Fancy Graffiti is not Orange Islands

Both runs start at #01, and that single coincidence is why sellers and price guides merge them. They are different products: the 12-card Orange Islands run prints ORANGE ISLANDS as its own banner, and this 24-card run prints its own ファンシーグラフィティ logo across two parts.

This archive keeps them apart. The Orange Islands twelve have their own page, and this page publishes none of them. A collector holding a #01 can tell the two apart by the banner, so no row is ever filled in from the other run.

The year is disputed, and neither reading is printed as fact

PSA and the graders that follow them label this run 1998. The seller lots this page was read from date Part 1 to 1998 and Part 2 to 1999. No pack, board or wrapper with a date in frame has been photographed, so no year is printed as fact here, and none of the 24 rows carries one.

One dated pack, display board or leaflet would settle it. Until one is photographed this page prints both readings as claims and neither as the answer.

The part split follows the seller lots, and one lot contradicts it

Part 1 is #01 to #12 and Part 2 is #13 to #24 because that is how the two complete lots this page was read from split them, and two further sellers list #13 to #24 as Part 2 as well. One seller titles a Part 1 lot as #13 to #24, which contradicts the split.

The stickers print a # number and no part mark, so the numbering here is what is recorded and the part split is disclosed as the seller convention it is.

Stitch Touch is the same 24 stickers

Sellers and Japanese collectors also list this run as ステッチタッチ, Stitch Touch, and the stickers carry the run logo printed in Japanese. Both names point at the same 24 stickers. This archive files them under Fancy Graffiti and says so here for anyone who arrived searching the other way.

What the rows rest on

Two lot photographs, each one a single frame holding a complete part: lot m1086658131, photograph 1, all twelve of #01 to #12 at 1200 by 1200, and lot n1090363483, photograph 1, all twelve of #13 to #24 at 1200 by 1200. Both lots are complete and unpeeled, so every row was read from its own sticker inside a complete run.

No third-party photograph is copied into this archive. The wells on the rows below are empty and wait for a contributor photograph of that sticker, front and back.

How the plates read

Eight rows print a romaji name plate that names a species, and only those rows carry an English and a Japanese name beside the plate. Eight print POCKET MONSTERS, the run’s product banner, and eight print no name plate at all.

A row whose plate names no species carries a plain description of what the sticker shows, read off the same complete-set frames. It is a description rather than a printed name, and no species name is invented for it.
