The family reconciles to 186: 151 numbered, 26 type cards, 7 EVOLUTION cards and 2 specials. Maker: Bandai.
151 of 151 faces were read at magnification and 143 of them were also read on the typed back. Every one of the 143 rows carrying the printed height and weight passed the cross-check.
Each of the four parts shipped with Bandai’s own printed list card, and every card lists its own blocks by name and count. Read at magnification the four cards give Part 1 48, Part 2 48, Part 3 48, Part 4 42, 186 in all.
The type-card run stops at 26. The four list cards carry 5, 6, 6 and 9 mini-mini sheets and the sheets are numbered, so #01 to #26 is the whole run.
The EVOLUTION subset is 7, not the eight a scoping pass recorded: six independent lots sell it as a complete seven.
2 of 2, the printed specials of Parts 2 and 3.
Both halves of the identity are printed on the object itself, in two scripts. The sticker face prints POCKET MONSTERS, the number and the name in romaji; the card the sticker sits on prints the number, the Japanese name, the classification and the printed height and weight on a typed reverse.

Each of the four parts shipped with Bandai’s own printed list card, and every card lists its own blocks by name and count, so the composition below is a reading from the cards themselves. Read at magnification the four cards give Part 1 48, Part 2 48, Part 3 48, Part 4 42, 186 in all: Part 1 is 43 collection seals and 5 mini-mini sheets, Part 2 is 41 and 6 plus the なみのりピカチュウ special, Part 3 is 41 and 6 plus the そらをとぶピカチュウ special, and Part 4 is 26 collection seals, 9 mini-mini sheets and the 7 EVOLUTION seals. The cards print BANDAI 1997 for Parts 1 and 2, and BANDAI 1998 for Parts 3 and 4.
Every row on this page is labelled with the Part whose own list card prints it: a numbered seal by the part that lists its number, a mini-mini sheet by the part that carries that sheet number, and an EVOLUTION seal by Part 4, the only part that prints them. Where one Pokemon appears in two parts in two formats, each tile keeps the part of its own format.
Two independent complete lots print or state 186, and the subsets reconcile to it exactly: 151 numbered, 26 type cards, 7 EVOLUTION cards and 2 specials, both published on this page. The widely repeated 234 does not reconcile with anything photographed.
The EVOLUTION subset is 7, not the eight a scoping pass recorded: six independent lots sell it as a complete seven, and one lot titled NO.4 shows a card printing EVOLUTION NO.3, which is how the eight got into circulation.
The type-card run stops at 26. The four list cards carry 5, 6, 6 and 9 mini-mini sheets and the sheets are numbered, so #01 to #26 is the whole run and a higher number has nowhere to sit.
The card photography this run was read from serves two of its numbers as byte-identical files. The numbers are usable because they were read on other copies, but those two photo bindings are not, and they are not used here. Reading a number off a file that is a duplicate of its neighbour is exactly the failure the archive’s cross-check exists to catch.
Sealdass also produced a 12-card ORANGE ISLANDS run and a separate 24-card run collectors call Fancy Graffiti. Both start at #01, which is why sellers merge them. They are different products and this archive keeps them apart. The Orange Islands twelve have their own page.
