About PatchinPokémon Patchin (ポケモンパッチン) are small, coin-shaped collectibles released in Japan during the Advanced Generation era. Sold in booster packs alongside the Pokémon-e / ADV trading-card line, each coin shows an element (one of eight: Green, Red, Blue, Yellow, Purple, Brown, White or Dark), a point value (−3 through 5), and a bonus value (0–4) used in a quick flick-and-battle game — the coin cousin of the older menko discs. A handful of coins add special mechanics like an evolution attack or a link point. Fourteen sets are grouped here across the early expansion packs, Colosseum release, battle boosters, themed packs, movie tie-in, Emerald Battle Frontier set, and promo waves.
