Meiji Picture Frames

Pokémon Meiji Picture Frames — also called dias, slides or film frames — were a Japanese collectible packed with Meiji Pokémon biscuits around 2000. Each is a small two-part plastic frame that pulls apart to hold a thin translucent film; held to the light, the film image shows through.

There are 15 numbered frame designs (#1–#15), and each was produced in four frame colours — Blue, Red, Silver and Gold. Because the frame separates, the film inside can be swapped, so the same numbered frame turns up holding many different films.

About this list: each frame below has a front and back photo slot and is labeled by Pokémon, character, scene, film, and frame color where available. The same numbered frame may appear more than once when different films or frame colors are represented.
