DP Retsuden Strongest Seal Part 5

Part 5 of the DP Retsuden run picks up the master numbering at #381 Turtwig and runs through #475 Pikachu. The first 75 slots return to the Sinnoh roster as their starter, route, and evolution lineup, with a deeper dive into Generation 1 Kanto Pokémon never seen before in the run — the Magneton, Marowak, Lickitung, Tangela, Electabuzz, Magmar appearances make Part 5 a Kanto-throwback installment as much as a Sinnoh one.

Notable Mirror Holo entries include the Sinnoh starter alt-forms, Leafeon, Glaceon, Magnezone, and Magmortar. Exact contributor-photo evidence identifies #460 as Buizel, while an exact Part 5 catalog identifies #472 as Palkia.

The standard 75 / 15 / 5 tier structure carries forward unchanged: 75 baseline Non-holo at the start of the run, then 15 Mirror Holo mid-tier chases, then 5 Sparkle Holo top chases at the very end. This is the locked Ensky DP-era pack composition across all thirteen parts.
