DP Retsuden Strongest Seal Part 2

Part 2 of Ensky's thirteen-part Diamond & Pearl Retsuden run continues the master numbering at #096 with Turtwig and runs through #190 Regigigas. The series uses continuous numbering across all parts — a collector building the complete album can keep a single unbroken sequence from #001 (Part 1's Turtwig) all the way through #1,235.

The opening non-holo block continues the Sinnoh roster from Part 1, picking up at #096 Turtwig and running through the late-Sinnoh evolutions and second-stage cross-generation appearances. The mid-set non-holo entries are Kanto staples in fresh Sinnoh-arc poses (Pikachu, Meowth, Psyduck, the Abra evolution line, Magikarp, Gengar). The Mirror Holo tier covers the Sinnoh chase-mascots in metallic foil.

The standard 75 / 15 / 5 tier structure carries forward unchanged: 75 baseline Non-holo at the start of the run, then 15 Mirror Holo mid-tier chases, then 5 Sparkle Holo top chases at the very end. This is the locked Ensky DP-era pack composition across all thirteen parts.

The Sparkle Holo capstones are #186 Torterra, #187 Infernape, #188 Empoleon, #189 Heatran, and #190 Regigigas — the three Sinnoh starter final forms PLUS the two Sinnoh legendary chase pulls. Building a complete master album hinges on landing these five.
