The first installment in Ensky's thirteen-part Diamond & Pearl Retsuden run. Together the DP-era numbered sets span 2006 to 2010 and form a single master collection of well over 1,200 stickers numbered continuously across all thirteen parts. Strongest Seal opens that run with the first 95 entries and establishes the visual identity every later DP set would inherit.
A debut roster for the Sinnoh region: the three starters Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup all appear here for the first time on an Ensky sticker, along with the Starly evolution line, the Bidoof/Bibarel route pair, Lucario, Riolu, and the version mascots Dialga and Palkia. Returning Kanto and Johto staples (Pikachu, Eevee, Gyarados, Snorlax, Sneasel, Heracross, plus all the unevolved Pichu/Cleffa/Igglybuff line) fill out the rest of the standard run.
Strongest Seal cements the foil tier system Ensky would carry through the entire DP era: 75 standard non-holo baseline, 15 Mirror Holo mid-tier chase pulls (numbered #076-#090), and 5 Sparkle Holo top-tier chase stickers (#091-#095). Roughly one in five sealed packs yields a Mirror Holo, and Sparkle Holos are the rarest pull of the set.
The five Sparkle Holos are this set's endgame: #091 Turtwig, #092 Chimchar, #093 Piplup, #094 Dialga, #095 Palkia. All three Sinnoh starters in their unevolved form plus both version mascots, all rendered as the rarest pulls in the entire 95-sticker run. Collectors building a complete album consider the Sparkle Five the centerpiece of the set.
