Pioneer / Viz Video VHS Lenticular Cards

Pioneer Entertainment and Viz Video distributed Pokémon anime VHS tapes in North America from 1998 onward. Each tape shipped with one or more 3D lenticular promo cards as an in-box collectible incentive. Cards span four years of releases — from the original Indigo League VHS tapes (1998) through the post-Johto release window (2001).

CGC catalogs the set under the "Pokémon Home Video Promos" banner with the PIKA-prefix card numbers shown below. Population reports stay low because few tapes survived with their inserts intact. The 2000 lineup leans heavily on key Indigo / Orange Islands moments (“Into the Arena,” “The Final Badge,” “Hang Ten, Pikachu”); the 2001 lineup adds Team Rocket and Johto-era characters.
