What they are
Deco Chara seals (デコキャラシール) are Pokémon stickers packed with Daiichi Pan bread. The seals on this site show 924 Pokémon across all the waves.
How the numbering works
Daiichi Pan numbers each release as a wave, from 第1弾 (Wave 1) to 第220弾 (Wave 220). 207 of the 220 waves have 20 seals. Inside a wave, the checklist follows the order of Daiichi Pan’s own list.
Specials outside the numbered waves
Daiichi Pan also made 2 Halloween sets of 8 seals each and 12 Pound Cake series of 25 seals each. They have their own checklists and do not use the wave numbers.

Which waves are not 20 seals?
Wave 3 has 40 seals and wave 7 has 26. Waves 56, 218 and 219 have 21, and waves 16, 55 and 110 have 19. Wave 185 has 18, wave 170 has 16, waves 168 and 169 have 10, and wave 175 has 9.
Are the Pound Cake seals part of the numbered waves?
No. The twelve Pound Cake series are numbered on their own, Series 1 to 12, with 25 seals each.
